Polmans SA - CNC milling. Forty years ago, we acquired our first numerically controlled milling machines. Since then, both machines and tools have advanced, requiring ever broader skills.
Polmans S.A. has evolved in this direction, making investments on an almost annual basis.
Machining centres that combine turning and milling, equipped with tool magazines, offer the best possibilities for complex and economical machining. In addition, some machines have been supplemented with loading/unloading robots.
Our latest acquisition has been complemented by a loading/unloading robot that also performs the palletising function, enabling automatic production changes

Diversified capabilities

Our CNC machine pool consists of versatile equipment capable of performing a variety of milling, boring, tapping and other operations. Whether for components requiring work on 3, 4 or 5 axes, we have the technology needed to deliver flawless results. We can produce everything from the smallest parts to parts requiring a table measuring 600 x 600 x 3,500 mm, and 700 x 1,500 x 2,500 mm.

Some of our machining centres are equipped with devices that enable them to work “in hidden time”, i.e. by minimising spindle downtime.
