CNC turning is at the heart of Polmans S.A.'s expertise, where precision is synonymous with the future. Our state-of-the-art CNC lathes transform metals with precision that meets the most stringent tolerances, from single prototypes to complete production runs.
POLMANS SA has CNC lathes capable of producing complex parts. Some lathes are equipped with rotating tools. We also have CNC turning lathes with bar feeders. The high flexibility of our operators and their programming skills enable cost-effective manufacturing for single parts as well as small, medium and large production runs.
Technical capabilities
Our CNC turning capabilities range from a diameter of a few millimetres up to 900 millimetres. The tip-to-tip lengths cover a range from a few millimetres up to 6 metres. The expertise of our programmers and operators, combined with the use of cutting-edge CAM software, ensures a smooth transition from design to production.
Materials and sectors
We machine a range of materials, from stainless steel to exotic alloys, aluminium to alloy steels, as well as copper, lead and synthetic materials (POM, Ertacetal, Teflon, etc.). Each material presents unique challenges, whether it is massive parts or parts with small diameters. We work for all sectors of activity.
