Production can pause for a few hours. Team spirit lasts much longer. Last Friday we finished a little earlier for our annual team event.
After lunch together, we travelled to Road Vintage Experience where ten classic Citroën 2CVs were waiting for us. With a detailed roadbook in hand, we explored the High Fens under clear blue skies, including two enjoyable stops along the way, one of them at Peak Beer.
The day continued with an aperitif and barbecue at Au Bistronome in Dalhem.
Those who still had energy left ended the evening together watching the Belgium Spain match.

New Investment: The DN Solutions PUMA 700XLY II Joins Our Machine Park
At Polmans, we continue to invest in advanced manufacturing technologies to provide our customers with the best possible machining solutions.
We recently commissioned a new DN Solutions PUMA 700XLY II CNC turning centre, supplied and installed by Germond.
This high capacity machine enables us to machine longer and more complex components with even greater precision. Thanks to its rigid construction, large machining capacity and the latest Siemens control system, we are further strengthening our production capabilities for high value technical parts.
This investment reflects our ongoing commitment to supporting our customers in their most demanding projects, from single components to small and medium sized production runs.
We would like to thank Germond for their professional support throughout this project. We look forward to taking on new technical challenges with this latest addition to our machine park.
Presence at the Ambition Industry was a great succes
On March 19 and 20, Polmans S.A. attended the very first edition of Ambition Industry at Liège Expo. Over 90 industrial companies gathered to showcase the strength of Walloon industry.
We were there to do what we have been doing since 1972: meet the people who have parts to be made.
