Precise geometry control
The metrology department alone employs three full-time staff members. The most sophisticated equipment has been provided to the metrologists. The reference equipment is inspected by an approved external body, enabling us to subsequently validate our machine inspection methods.
The management of control measures is also integrated into our ERP system, as are procedures for dealing with any non-compliance issues. Traceability is ensured by backing up data to a secure external server. Laser engraving available according to customer requirements.
